Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on June 29, 2016, found that Dedicated Quality Home Care had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 PA Code, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a relicensure survey completed on April 28, 2016.
